Required Skills & Experience

10+ years in software testing, with 3+ years SAP Test Manager role .

Strong experience with SAP FI (SAP S / 4HANA) modules including GL, FPSL, Tax, Reporting, and CDS Views and their integrations

Experience in financial systems, insurance domain, or regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in ALM, JIRA Zephyr, and traceability tools.

Deep understanding of QA processes, audit compliance, and risk-based testing.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex testing cycles.
