About the Job
National CoE (an initiative conceptualised by the DSCI and supported by the Ministry of Electronics & IT) is looking for a technically sound, execution-focused individual who can manage and grow a range of cybersecurity programs - from hackathons, innovation challenges, research commercialisation to technical reports and community-led engagements. This role requires a good understanding of broad base cybersecurity concepts and an ability to translate ideas into well-run initiatives and deliverables from a technical execution perspective.
Job Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute cybersecurity hackathons, innovation challenges, simulations, and learning-based technical events.
- Contribute to technical research initiatives and assist in developing research-backed reports and insights.
- Engage with external partners, government stakeholders, and subject matter experts for research productization efforts.
- Support the documentation and publication of technical knowledge documents and program outcomes.
- Track industry developments and map potential problem statements for future program ideas.
- Assist in hosting and running technical webinars, workshops, and challenge-based learning formats by contributing to creation of agendas, speaker identification, etc.
- Coordinate with startups, academia, and industry to support cybersecurity product development and innovation.
Job Requirements :
BTech / MTech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields, preferably with a cybersecurity focus.4–8 years of experience in technical program execution or cybersecurity-related initiatives.Understanding of broad cybersecurity and technology domains.Experience in orchestrating delivering tech programs (Challenges, Hackathons, Education, Training, etc.,) or community initiatives is required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to write thought-leadership in terms of technical reports / webinars in Cybersecurity and Emerging TechnologiesPreferred to have experience working with academia and government ecosystemAbility to work independently, take ownership and collaborate with cross-functional teams.This position involves business travel across the country.
