About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to design, build, and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that enhance customer support efficiency and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture, hands-on experience with Service Cloud functionalities, and a strong understanding of integration, automation, and customization best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Service Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.

Customize and configure Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Email-to-Case, and Live Chat functionalities.

Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (LWC / Aura), Flows , and Visualforce pages .

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Manage system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize service processes for better efficiency.

Maintain code quality and best practices through unit testing, CI / CD , and version control .

Provide technical mentorship and perform code reviews for junior developers.

Participate in system upgrades, patch releases, and Salesforce platform optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Strong experience of Salesforce development experience , with at least 3 years focused on Service Cloud .

Strong expertise in :

Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Async Apex)

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata

Omni-Channel Routing, Case Assignment, Macros, and Quick Text

Knowledge Management and Email-to-Case configurations

Experience in Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, Platform Events, External Services).

Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git, or Bitbucket).

Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and sharing rules .

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and / or Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Exposure to Einstein Bots , Experience Cloud , or Field Service modules is a plus.

Prior experience in leading small development teams or mentoring developers.
