We are seeking a skilled GWS Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our Global Workspace Services employees. This role requires a dynamic individual who can engage participants and foster a learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for GWS (Global Workspace Services) employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop training materials and programs tailored to the needs of the team and organizational goals.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, making improvements where necessary.
- Maintain records of training sessions and employee progress, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps.
Skills and Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in training, preferably in a corporate environment.Strong understanding of GWS concepts and practices.Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficient in using e-learning platforms and training software.Ability to assess employee training needs and create effective training programs.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and making data-driven decisions.Skills Required
