Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for GWS (Global Workspace Services) employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Develop training materials and programs tailored to the needs of the team and organizational goals.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, making improvements where necessary.
• Maintain records of training sessions and employee progress, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps.
