Central Kitchen Operations Director

Job Overview

Khao Aur Khane Do is building a Central Kitchen in Bangalore. We’re hiring a Head of Central Kitchen – Production & Dispatch to standardize recipes at scale, control costs, and run clockwork dispatch to multi-city outlets.

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Production Leadership : Own daily / weekly MPS & MRP ;

plan batches, line balancing, and shift rosters to hit demand without over-prep.

run daily line checks .

drive continuous improvement to hit targets.

ensure on-time dispatch , route plans, temperature logs, and documentation.

run skills matrices, audits, and performance reviews.

maintain par levels and service SLAs.

close audit non-conformities fast.

pilot and roll out to new kitchens / cities.

1% of production value

2% of production hours

Qualifications & Skills

Tools You Know

ERP (indenting & batch mgmt), barcode / labeling, digital temp probes / data loggers, production dashboards.
