As a Category Executive at Bodycraft Salon, you will be responsible for the growth of retail product sales across outlets. This role involves managing all retail vendors and internal stakeholders to grow the retail category via seamless deployment of regular sales target, consumer promo, incentive plan, etc. on ground.
Responsibilities
- Act as a 'business owner' for the retail segment, owning the P&L, revenue and product contribution.
- Planning and forecasting product sales, to ensure target achievement, product penetration and marketing activation deployment across all outlets.
- Strong focus on customer needs, both existing and potential and use the knowledge to deliver a customer experience that is unparalleled.
- Successfully roll out goal-oriented campaigns, communication, on-ground events to increase product penetration and product sales contribution on the overall revenue
- Reporting of sales progress vs target
- Have an understanding of the beauty retail category, trends / events and continually monitor competitor and industry developments.
- Managing brands and internal stakeholders to achieve desired results
- Managing online sales and website product portfolio
