Job Summary :

We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented Client Experience Executive to support clients enrolled in our gut health and nutrition programs. If you love interacting with people, solving problems, and creating smooth client journeys — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage client communication via WhatsApp CRM, calls, and email with a professional, empathetic tone.

Support onboarding, consultation scheduling, test bookings, and report discussions.

Proactively follow up with clients to ensure a smooth experience.

Work closely with nutrition experts, sales teams, and lab partners for quick issue resolution.

Handle escalations with clarity, empathy, and timely communication.

Collaborate with tech and marketing teams to improve communication workflows and automation.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

1–3 years of experience in customer experience, client servicing, or healthcare operations.

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients with empathy.

Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRMs, and WhatsApp Business tools (WATI / Converse).

Good to have :

Experience in wellness, healthcare, or nutrition services.

Understanding of lab reports, test journeys, and consultation flows.

Calm, composed communication style and comfort with fast-paced environments.
