Job description
  • Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business users.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and translate it into effective Tableau solutions.
  • Build and manage data models to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
  • Integrate and transform data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, cloud services, APIs) into Tableau for reporting and analysis.
  • Optimize Tableau workbooks, dashboards, and visualizations for performance, ensuring that reports load quickly and efficiently.
  • Create calculated fields, complex aggregations, and filters in Tableau to provide advanced data insights.
  • Work with large datasets and implement best practices for handling data at scale in Tableau.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across dashboards, reports, and other business intelligence solutions.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Tableau reports, identifying and resolving issues related to data quality and performance.
  • Provide ongoing support for Tableau dashboards, including updates, enhancements, and maintenance.
  • Train and support business users on Tableau functionalities, best practices, and self-service reporting capabilities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Tableau features, tools, and updates, and recommend improvements to existing reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies, including managing user permissions and roles in Tableau.
