‍ Your Role Will Involve :

For Front Office Faculty :

Delivering engaging theory and practical sessions in Front Office Operations (reservations, check-in / check-out, guest relations, billing)

Training students in communication skills , telephone etiquette, and guest handling

Conducting hands-on sessions using Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera, IDS, etc.

Guiding students on professional grooming , guest psychology, and service recovery

Updating curriculum to align with evolving front office technology and global standards

For Housekeeping Faculty :

Conducting both theoretical and practical classes in Accommodation Operations / Housekeeping

Leading workshops on guestroom management , hygiene, and sustainability practices

Mentoring students on grooming, cleanliness standards , and standard operating procedures

Organizing simulations, inspections, and demo sessions to reflect real-world hotel scenarios

Contributing to curriculum design focusing on eco-friendly, tech-driven housekeeping systems

✅ Who You Are :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Hotel Management with specialization in Front Office or Housekeeping

Minimum 7–10 years of academic or industry experience in your respective domain

Strong communicator with a flair for training and classroom engagement

Passionate about developing future hospitality leaders

Up-to-date with the latest trends in hospitality service, smart technologies, and sustainability
