These machines are prevalent in India's manufacturing sectors, particularly consumer goods, where automation ensures precise assembly tasks such as feeding, gripping, and positioning components. The position requires hands-on technical skills to maintain production efficiency and minimize downtime in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Operation : Start and stop the machine, load materials (e.g., foam or components), monitor production cycles, and ensure consistent output quality.

Required Knowledge and Skills Pneumatics :

Educational Qualifications :

ITI in Mechanical (or Fitter Trade) : 1-2 years duration, NSQF Level 4-5, focusing on practical skills in machine tools, fitting, and basic pneumatics / hydraulics. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering : 3 years, post-10th standard, polytechnic-level program covering theory on mechanics, automation, PLC basics, servo systems, and CAD. Note : ITI qualification is typically sufficient for entry-level operation, while the Diploma is preferred for roles emphasizing repair and troubleshooting.
