Castlerock is at the cusp of exponential growth and is looking for dynamic individuals to help the team grow.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Mall Supervisor at Castlerock Hospitality LLP. The Mall Supervisor will be based on-site in Chikkaballapura. The responsibilities include managing daily operations, supervising mall staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with tenants, monitoring maintenance activities, handling emergencies, and preparing reports. The Mall Supervisor will also be responsible for enforcing mall policies and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for visitors.

Qualifications

  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Customer service and conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in monitoring and coordinating maintenance activities
  • Experience in handling emergencies and enforcing policies
  • Report preparation and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the retail or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
