The Recipe for Success :

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to support the operations of the Le Creuset store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences & drive sales performance.

What’s on your Daily Menu?

  • Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the brand experience.
  • Monitor KPIs and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and inspire customers.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth stock flow and replenishment.
  • Ensure store displays are updated in line with seasonal changes, promotions, and new launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support business goals and store initiatives.

    Experience :

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Experience working with premium fashion / home wares products preferable.
  • Education / Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Skills and Knowledge :

  • Strong communication and upselling skills.
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills to intermediate level.
