SAP Testing Lead - MM / Retail Modules

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage SAP testing processes, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies
• Develop and implement software testing strategies, plans, and execution frameworks
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, ABAP teams, and Functional Analysts, to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios
• Design end-to-end business process flows for SAP applications
• Utilize test management tools for planning, execution, and tracking testing efforts
• Monitor and maintain testing KPIs to assess the effectiveness of testing efforts
• Oversee defect lifecycle management, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation
• Provide guidance and mentorship to testing teams, driving continuous process improvements
• Work closely with automation teams, sharing functional knowledge and supporting script development and remediation
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards through test planning, execution, and validation
• Manage effort tracking for all testing-related tasks and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Prepare and present comprehensive test reports and documentation to stakeholders
