Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the execution of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) , equity financing , and other strategic advisory engagements within the target sectors.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, investors, and key decision-makers .
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the firm's footprint and strengthen sectoral presence.
- Oversee the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, pitch materials, and client presentations , ensuring quality and strategic alignment.
- Mentor, guide, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture centered on collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to cross-sell advisory and financial services , delivering holistic client solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments to anticipate client needs and enhance strategic recommendations.
Qualifications :
Minimum 12+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related financial advisory domains.Proven track record of leading and closing high-value transactions across multiple sectors.Established network of industry contacts and investor relationships .Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills with experience leading diverse teams.Advanced expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical problem-solving .MBA in Finance or equivalent professional qualification (CFA, CA) preferred.Skills Required
