Job descriptionGraduate in Medicine, Nursing, Healthcare Management, IT, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in EMR / EHR implementation or healthcare IT projects. Knowledge of clinical workflows strongly preferred. Excellent communication, training, and project management skills. Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability. Experience : 2–3 years
Preferred : Medical / Healthcare background
Key Responsibilities -
- Lead end-to-end EMR implementation : assessment, configuration, go-live, and support.
- Train doctors and staff on EMR usage, features, and workflows.
- Customize system modules (prescriptions, billing, inventory, teleconsultation) per client needs.
- Support data migration and validate accuracy.
- Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues during implementation.
- Document processes and provide feedback to the product team for improvements.
