Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage or loss.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering as needed.
• Coordinate with procurement and accounts teams for stock reconciliation.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to stock movement, shortages, and excesses.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in the store.
• Handle dispatches and logistics coordination for outgoing materials.
• Liaise with vendors and transporters for timely delivery and pickups.

Diploma or Graduation in any discipline.
