Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive located in Borivali. The Field Executive will be responsible for visiting merchants, onboarding them onto the Paytm platform, demonstrating the use of Paytm's payment solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience. The role involves continuous interaction with merchants, resolving their queries, providing training, and assisting in the adoption of digital payment modes. The Field Executive will also gather feedback and report to the management for continuous improvement of Paytm's services.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales and merchant onboarding
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries efficiently
• Knowledge of digital payments and financial services industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
