About the Role
Techmagnate is looking for an experienced Key Account Director to lead client relationships,
drive strategic growth, and ensure the highest levels of delivery excellence. You will be the
trusted advisor for CXO-level stakeholders, responsible for client retention, upselling, and
delivering measurable ROI through digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
○ Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
(CXO / VP / Director-level).
○ Build long-term partnerships and position Techmagnate as a strategic
growth partner.
○ Identify opportunities to expand business through cross-selling and upselling
of SEO, PPC, Paid Media, Content, Social Media, and Automation services.
○ Own account P&L and revenue targets for top enterprise accounts.
○ Work with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Design, Analytics) to ensure
world-class execution.
○ Oversee delivery KPIs, ensuring campaigns drive ROI and align with client
objectives.
○ Lead a team of Account Managers and Executives, fostering a culture of
client-first thinking.
○ Provide mentorship and guidance to build client servicing excellence.
○ Analyze industry trends, competitors, and performance data to present
actionable insights.
○ Consult clients on digital transformation and performance-driven marketing
strategies.
