This Position reports to :

IS Service Owner -Build & Accelerate

Your role and responsibilities In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Work model : # Li-hybrid / remote

Provide day-to-day technical support to DevOps teams, diagnosing and resolving platform issues.

Develop and maintain automation scripts and tool integrations to streamline platform workflows.

Document best practices, runbooks, and operate knowledge-sharing sessions.

Collaborate on proof-of-concepts for new platform components and tooling enhancements.

Qualifications for the Role

Strong hands-on experience (3+ years) with CI / CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).

Proficient in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Working knowledge of cloud platforms and AI (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

Excellent troubleshooting skills with monitoring / observability stacks (Prometheus / Grafana, ELK).

Effective communicator and trainer, passionate about documentation and knowledge transfer.
