The selected interns will work closely with our business development and strategy teams to support new client acquisition, track industry trends, and strengthen Sumith Electronics’ market positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct strategic lead generation through online research, industry databases, and targeted outreach.Perform competitor analysis by tracking product offerings, pricing models, and market strategies.Support market research initiatives to identify new opportunities in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), telematics, and smart mobility.Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal strategy discussions.Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to nurture leads into qualified prospects.Monitor industry news, tenders, and events relevant to the public transport and telematics ecosystem.Preferred Skills & QualificationsPursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields .Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to convert data into insights.Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS 365, CRM & Task Management Software .Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).A proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated mindset.What We OfferHands-on exposure to the ITS, telematics, and smart mobility sector .Opportunity to work with experienced professionals on real-world projects.Internship certificate and a performance-based opportunity for a pre-placement offer .A collaborative work environment at our Kushaiguda, Hyderabad office .
