About the Role :
We're seeking a data-driven and results-oriented " Performance Marketer" to lead our paid acquisition efforts across platforms. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns to drive growth, revenue, and ROI for our D2C brands.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and drive growth for assigned product categories, taking end-to-end accountability for performance
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant channels
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and other key metrics
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams to get timely creative assets ready for campaigns
- Propose monthly budgets, forecast outcomes, and allocate spending effectively across channels
- Ensure delivery on monthly sales and revenue targets through campaign performance
- Conduct A / B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization to improve results
- Generate insights from campaign data and prepare performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations
Required Skills & Experience :
4+ years of experience in running and scaling paid ad campaigns for D2C or e-commerce brandsDeep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube advertisingProficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and UTM trackingStrong analytical skills and comfort with performance dashboards and Excel / SheetsExperience with remarketing, dynamic ads, and conversion trackingAbility to manage budgets, forecast results, and meet aggressive growth targetsNice to Have :
Hands-on experience with platforms like Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or native advertising networksWhat We Offer :
