- The Analyst in Investment Banking - Origination & Coverage - Equity Capital Markets (ECM) focuses on equity financing deals, combining client relationship management with business development for equity issuances like IPOs and follow-on offerings.
- The role involves strategic advisory and pitching, working closely with industry bankers to identify opportunities and win mandates, emphasizing market insight, relationship-building, and deal origination.
- Key responsibilities include client coverage, deal origination and pitching, market intelligence and advisory, transaction structuring support, execution preparation, and cross-functional collaboration.
