Job Summary :

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is a pivotal role for driving Operational Excellence Continuous Improvement and Productivity Enhancement across our control valve manufacturing facility. This position is for a dynamic and results-driven leader who will build and mentor a high-performing manufacturing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be a catalyst for change leveraging Lean Manufacturing and Flowserves Operational Excellence (OpEx) Models to eliminate waste maximize efficiency and boost output across all production processes from raw material to final tested product.

Responsibilities : Your main responsibilities will be around several aspects

Continuous improvement leadership

• Champion a robust culture of continuous improvement by actively driving Lean and OpEx initiatives.
• Work across functions and lead the Manufacturing Engineering Team to identify implement and execute improvement strategies.
• Utilize data-driven methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping to identify and eliminate all forms of waste (e.g. time motion and material) within the manufacturing process.
• Conduct root cause analysis for all quality and production issues implementing effective and sustainable corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) cycle time reduction and first-pass yield to track and sustain gains.
• Drive a Safety First Culture and drive every possible initiative in line with organizations HSE objectives.
