Minimum Experience and Qualifications :

• BE / MCA / ME degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven minimum 10 years of work experience in MDM, data quality, and data governance, with a deep understanding of best practices and industry standards.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, concepts, and principles.
• Experience with MDM solutions and data quality tools such as Informatica Power Centre / Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data profiling, and data cleansing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex data issues.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) related to data governance and quality.
