Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors. At least 3 full-cycle implementations in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation . Strong understanding of Employee Central integration with Compensation. Expertise in Compensation templates, compensation worksheets, variable pay, salary ranges, and guidelines . Experience in XML template management , compensation statements , and reporting tools . Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other integration middleware (preferred). SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification (mandatory or preferred, based on client requirement). Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
- Conduct requirement gathering , fit-gap analysis , and translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Configure Compensation Templates , Salary Planning , Bonus Calculation , Merit Increase , and Budget Planning in SuccessFactors.
- Integrate Compensation module with Employee Central and other related HR systems.
- Design and manage compensation cycles , eligibility rules , budget guidelines , and payout calculations .
- Develop and execute test plans , conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) , and manage defect resolution.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot post-go-live issues.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth system operation and upgrades.
- Prepare documentation , training materials , and support user training sessions.
- Stay updated with latest SuccessFactors releases and recommend process improvements.
