Key Responsibilities :
Promotion and Outreach :
- Develop and implement targeted promotion strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Organize educational fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote programs and initiatives.
- Create compelling presentations and promotional materials tailored to diverse audiences.
- Conduct informational sessions and workshops to generate awareness and interest.
Relationship Management :
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering colleges and partners.Act as a liaison between ISB and academic institutions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Provide regular updates, collect feedback, and address inquiries promptly.Data Analysis and Reporting :
Track, analyze, and report outreach metrics to measure the effectiveness of engagement activities.Prepare comprehensive outreach reports and present insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement.Collaboration :
Align outreach initiatives with institutional enrollment goals and marketing objectives.Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in outreach and promotional activities, preferably within the education sector or engineering colleges.Strong understanding of academic environments and promotional strategies.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships.Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.Willingness to travel extensively for outreach and engagement activities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and outreach software / tools.Skills Required
