Job Title : Global Outreach Business development Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to achieve global revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through LinkedIn, LeadSquared, and other sales tools.
- Plan and manage email marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing and conversion.
- Build and maintain B2B partnerships with travel agencies, telecom operators, resellers, and enterprise clients.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize lead generation efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and market approach.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM (LeadSquared).
- Represent the company in international events, exhibitions, and partner meetings when required.
- Deliver consistent reporting on sales metrics, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in outbound or international B2B sales.Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadSquared CRM, and email automation tools.Proven track record in lead generation, campaign management, and B2B partnerships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a global environment.Skills Required
