Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Axiom Developer to join our Regulatory Reporting Technology team. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in AxiomSL ControllerView to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions for both global (Basel III, CRR / CRD IV, Liquidity, FINREP, COREP, etc.) and Indian (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI) regulatory frameworks. The developer will work closely with business, finance, and compliance teams to ensure timely, accurate, and audit-compliant reports.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain AxiomSL regulatory reporting workflows, data models, and control frameworks.
• Deliver reports required by global regulators (Basel III, CRD IV, Liquidity – LCR / NSFR, Capital Adequacy, MAS, PRA, FED, ECB) and Indian regulators (RBI – ALM, CRR / SLR, exposure norms, SEBI, IRDAI) as per compliance.
• Work with data sourcing teams to map, validate, and reconcile data from upstream systems.
• Develop data transformations and ensure accuracy of regulatory submissions.
• Support SIT / UAT cycles, production deployment, and audit requirements.
• Address regulatory changes and implement updates in Axiom configuration.
• Collaborate with global and Indian stakeholders to ensure end-to-end compliance and governance.
