NOS is seeking two impactful leaders to champion operational excellence, client success, and strategic growth within our dynamic RCM practice. We have openings for a Director of Operations and a Senior Manager of Practice Excellence .Position Overviews & Key Responsibilities : 1. Director of Operations - RCM (Strategic & P&L Leadership)This role is for a visionary leader who will own the strategy and P&L for our RCM division.Strategic Vision : Develop and execute the operational strategy, aligning departmental goals with the company's overall vision and financial targets.Financial Stewardship : Own the division's P&L, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth through optimized revenue capture, reduced denials, and accelerated collections.Operational Scale : Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging technology and automation to streamline end-to-end RCM processes for efficiency and scalability.Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a large, high-performing team of managers and specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.2.
