Job Description :

We are looking to hire a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager from the US Healthcare process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing large-scale teams (100+ members) and should be well-versed in driving process excellence, performance management, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage day-to-day operations for the US Healthcare process.

Oversee a team of 100+ associates, ensuring productivity and quality benchmarks are met.

Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and employee engagement.

Coordinate with clients, ensuring SLA adherence and smooth communication.

Manage escalations, performance reviews, and training initiatives.

Requirements :

Proven experience in US Healthcare operations (AR, Denial Management, Billing, or Coding).

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Compensation - Upto 16 L
