About apicule

apicule is a global pharmaceutical platform connecting APIs, Intermediates, CDMO / CMO / CRO services, and Pharma consulting with drug manufacturers worldwide. We are building a one-stop hub for sourcing, partnerships, and expert consultation across the pharma value chain.

Role Overview

Own -led B2B marketing and direct outreach to pharma and biotech companies for apicule’s services : APIs, Intermediates, CDMO services, Pharma Consulting, and Consultant engagements . You will research target accounts, plan campaigns, coordinate cross-functionally, and run day-to-day outreach via , email, and calls —no Instagram / Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute B2B outreach (connection strategy, messaging, nurture sequences) to pharma decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to build target lists by service vertical (APIs, intermediates, CDMO, consulting).
  • Coordinate closely with Business Development, Sales, and Scientific Data Curation teams to align messaging and offerings.
  • Run direct communication with prospects : handle calls, emails, and messages ; schedule intro meetings.
  • Prepare concise collateral (service summaries, capability notes) using internal inputs.
  • Maintain pipelines in Google Sheets / Workspace and report progress regularly (responses, meetings, qualified leads).
  • Support onboarding of new consultants and suppliers by initiating conversations and facilitating introductions to the apicule team.
  • Strictly no Instagram / Facebook ; focus is and direct communication only.
  • Optional / occasional : evaluate Google Ads for niche service campaigns if needed.

Required Skills & Tools

  • Degree in Pharma / Life Sciences / Business / Marketing (any of these is acceptable).
  • Strong written and spoken English (mandatory) ; Hindi / Telugu / Mandarin preferred.
  • Hands-on with , Sales Navigator , Google Workspace (Docs / Sheets) , and Excel .
  • Comfortable with professional outreach, cold messaging, and follow-ups over , email, and phone .
  • Organized, metrics-driven, and able to work cross-functionally.
  • Compensation & Terms

  • ₹7,500 / month for 0–1 year experience
  • ₹10,000 / month for 1–1.5 years experience
  • Probation : 1 month
  • Certificates / Letters : Experience letter and standard relieving documents will be provided.

  • What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent weekly activity across target accounts (outreach, responses, meetings scheduled).
  • Clean, updated tracking in Sheets; timely handoff of qualified conversations to BD / Sales.
  • Clear coordination with Scientific Data Curation to ensure technically accurate messaging.
