Position Overview : Business Growth Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Growth Associate. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the heart of the organization, offering direct exposure to strategic decision-making. As a Business Growth Associate in the Founder's Office, you will work across teams to analyze market dynamics, consumer insights, and business performance. Your work will help shape category plans, marketing strategies, and operational improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to contribute meaningfully to business growth and innovation

Key responsibilities :

1. Business Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis across marketing, category, finance, and operations to identify trends, performance drivers, and areas for improvement.

2. Strategic Projects : Work closely with the leadership team on high-impact projects, supporting end-to-end planning, execution, and tracking of outcomes.

3. Consumer Insights : Analyze consumer data from surveys, reviews, NPS, and purchase behavior to uncover insights that inform product and marketing decisions.

4. Category Growth : Assist in tracking category performance, planning product launches, coordinating with content and marketing teams, and identifying growth opportunities

5. Financial Reporting : Consolidate business data for internal reviews, investor updates, and board meetings; prepare financial snapshots, highlight key movements, and ensure data accuracy

6. Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies in workflows or tools across departments and recommend improvements to drive productivity and scalability.

Skills and Qualifications :

• ⁠ ⁠Bachelor's / Master's Degree; 0-2 years of experience
• ⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to interpret data and derive valuable insights.
• ⁠ ⁠Comfortable working with numbers and proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel
• ⁠ ⁠Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset
• ⁠ ⁠Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
