Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Service Engineer, located in Mumbai. The Store Service Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting, providing technical support, performing maintenance and repairs, and offering field service to ensure the smooth operation of Lenovo products. Effective communication with the store team and customers is essential to deliver exceptional service and support.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Field Service skills and experience in Maintenance & Repair
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the IT retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
