Role Overview

Own end-to-end US technical hiring for SI partners & enterprises (SAP + non-SAP).

Deliver ≥2 closures / month on W2 / C2C with healthy margins.

Responsibilities

• Source via Dice.com, LinkedIn (Global license), referrals & communities.
• Qualify talent (developers → architects → functional), run debriefs & drive decisions.
• Negotiate W2 / C2C, ensure 28–38% gross margin, close on time.
• Manage vendors / MSP, maintain ATS dashboards, forecast with delivery.
