Eagerness to learn recruitment strategies and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on training in recruitment and HR practices. What You’ll Do :
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring goals.
- Learn and grow in end-to-end recruitment processes.
