Education : B.E. / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related field.

Role Summary :

We are seeking a high-caliber Salesforce Revenue Cloud Professional to join our team at a Developer, Lead, or Architect level. In this pivotal role, you will act as a "Quote-to-Cash Strategist," responsible for architecting, configuring, and customizing complex CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing solutions.


You will lead the technical delivery of full-cycle SDLC implementations, bridging the gap between intricate business pricing models and scalable technical architectures.


The ideal candidate is a Salesforce expert with a deep understanding of subscription management and revenue recognition, capable of leading client-facing workshops and delivering high-impact custom solutions using Apex and LWC.

Responsibilities :

- Revenue Cloud Architecture: Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, specifically focusing on complex CPQ rule engines and Billing schedules.

- Full SDLC Implementation: Drive end-to-end project delivery, encompassing requirements gathering, architectural design, build, rigorous testing, UAT coordination, and global deployment.

- Custom Technical Development: Architect and develop sophisticated custom solutions using Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend standard Revenue Cloud functionality.

- Business Translation & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex pricing models, tiered subscriptions, and billing cycles into actionable technical blueprints.

- Technical Leadership: Act as the technical point of contact for Salesforce implementations, ensuring the integrity of interfaces and integrations with downstream ERP or financial systems.

- Client-Facing Workshop Facilitation: Lead discovery sessions and technical workshops to define solution roadmaps and address high-level business challenges in the Quote-to-Cash process.

- Optimization & Performance Tuning: Conduct deep-dive reviews of existing CPQ/Billing implementations to identify performance bottlenecks in price rules, product rules, and quote calculations.

- Mentorship & Quality Assurance: (For Lead/Architect roles) Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code and configuration reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and "clicks-not-code" principles where applicable.

Technical Requirements :

- Salesforce Professionalism: 712 years of total experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in Salesforce Development and 1+ year of dedicated experience in Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing).

- Domain Expertise: Strong functional knowledge of complex pricing models, recurring revenue, subscription lifecycles, and automated billing processes.

- Development Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, and SOQL; experience building custom interfaces and integrating Salesforce with external systems.

- Project History: Proven track record of delivering at least two full-cycle Salesforce CPQ or Billing (Mandatory)

- Core Development: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) or Platform Developer II (PD2).
