Brand Manager [08 / 10 / 2025]

Position : Senior Manager - Brand & Strategy

Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore

️ Working Days : Monday- Friday

Experience Required : 6+ years (3+ in brand management)

Client : Smart kitchen appliance brand

Salary : upto 22L

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and strengthen brand foundations — positioning, identity, brand book.

2. Ensure communication consistency : every pixel, every word = brand-worthy.

3. Ideate and run campaigns that cut through the clutter.

4. Use data and research to spot emerging trends before they peak.

5. Build brand love so that Beyond becomes a household name.

What We’re Looking For

• A bias for action, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and willingness to get your hands dirty
• Understands branding basics (JTBD, brand track, recall metrics).
• Has taken a brand through the journey before
• Can manage agencies and get hands dirty.
• Speaks to customers, not just through PPTs.
• Balances 0→1 scrappiness with 1→100 scalability.
• Culture fit : insurgent mindset + respect for building things the right way
• Role based at Bangalore (HSR), full time, about 25 hours a day ;)
