Description
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Officer with 1-4 years of experience to join our manufacturing plant located in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR policies and procedures, as well as a deep understanding of the Indian job market context.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process for all positions within the manufacturing plant, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure that all employee data is kept confidential.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and provide recommendations for improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.3-8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing plant setting.Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with HRIS software and MS Office applications.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Education
Doctor of Social Work (D.S.W), Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX), Master of Social Work (M.S.W), Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A)
