Are you a seasoned Engineering Manager with 12–18 years of experience looking to lead a high-performing software engineering team? We want YOU to join us in Bengaluru, Pune, Kochi, or Mysuru!

At the heart of this role, you’ll combine technical leadership with strong business acumen, driving innovation, delivery excellence, and operational efficiency. This is your chance to own projects from proposal to delivery, mentor talented engineers, and shape cutting-edge solutions!

What you'll do :

Lead and mentor teams to deliver complex software solutions on time & within budget

Collaborate with sales, pre-sales & solution architects during project lifecycles

Define engineering best practices, coding standards & quality guidelines

Manage resource planning, performance evaluations & stakeholder communication

Drive process improvements, automation & continuous delivery

Stay ahead with emerging technologies, especially AI-driven projects

What we’re looking for :

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years managing engineering teams within 12–18 years total experience
• Strong background in project estimation, proposal prep & Agile practices
• Hands-on expertise with Java, .NET, Python, React, Cloud or equivalent
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Experience with AI projects & global delivery models is a big plus!
