Area Manager(Mumbai)

ABOUT THE ROLE :

Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for an enthusiastic Area Manager with management and operation knowledge for existing and upcoming restaurants.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

Area Manager is responsible for the overall Business operations of the allocated restaurants according to California Burrito operational standards and run profitable business. A majority of time is spent leading / guiding and coaching the team to meet customer expectations, achieving both bottom and topline objectives by the guiding ambition of our organization.

Mandatory Requirements :

QSR Experience is mandatory

Minimum 6years of work experience

Dedicated and focused on ensuring customer satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1.Leads Operational Excellence and the Guest Experience :

• Role models expected behavior and coaches’ team on hospitality standards
• Ensures all the restaurant meets safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards as per expectations
• Sets the standards to ensure team handles all Guest concerns in a timely and sustainable manner
• Empowers the team to satisfy customer needs and resolve concerns
• Removes barriers to delivering Hospitality behaviors during shift
