With a growing presence in multiple states, we are now expanding our operations in Gujarat and seeking passionate and experienced Sales Executives to strengthen our sales network in the region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage distributors and retailers in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent growth in the Namkeen segment.
- Conduct regular market visits for order collection, merchandising, and relationship building.
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure market coverage in urban and rural areas.
- Track competitor activities and share market insights with the regional head.
- Ensure product visibility and timely execution of promotional schemes.
Requirements :
Experience : 2–10 years in FMCG sales (experience in Namkeen, Snacks, or Food products preferred).Qualification : Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred).Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Language : Must know Gujarati and Hindi.Must Have : Two-wheeler with a valid driving license.What We Offer :
