Role Overview :

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for delivering impactful marketing strategies for our real estate projects. This role will involve crafting and executing end-to-end GTM plans, campaign communication, media planning, performance marketing and enhancing brand visibility effectively in a competitive market for desired business results. You will work closely with senior management to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute campaign communication and pricing / Inventory strategies.

Create go-to-market strategies for new launches and existing real estate projects.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and target audiences.

Work with creative agencies to deliver impactful creative design, media planning, and sales distribution. Work with digital agencies to ensure desired business targets are met.

Work closely with Pre-sales team for funnel management.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with developer partners.

Engage with senior management to align on business goals, provide market insights, and contribute to overall company strategy.

Qualifications :

MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Strong skills in campaign communication, market research, and pricing strategies.

4-6 years of experience in real estate or digital agency is a plus.

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel and manage a regional territory independently.
