Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Voice Coach to enhance the verbal communication skills of customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate will specialize in voice modulation, pronunciation, accent neutralization, and tone control to improve customer experience and brand representation.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct voice and accent training sessions for new hires and existing agents.
- Coach individuals on pronunciation, clarity, pace, tone, and modulation.
- Identify speech and communication gaps through call audits and feedback.
- Design and deliver customized voice coaching modules for different process needs.
- Collaborate with training and quality teams to align voice coaching with business goals.
- Monitor progress of coached employees and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on coaching effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in voice and communication training.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in any field.6months + of experience in voice coaching, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment.Strong expertise in accent neutralization, phonetics, and vocal techniques.Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and feedback skills.Familiarity with call center tools and quality monitoring systems.
