We’re looking for an IT Manager to own and streamline the entire employee lifecycle. From onboarding and HRIS management to compliance, payroll support, and offboarding, you’ll be the go-to person for people processes. This is a core role where precision, empathy, and process ownership aren’t just valued—they’re essential to helping our fast-growing team scale smoothly.
What You’ll Own
- Subscriptions & Access Control : Manage all SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.) including utilization, password control, and access rights.
- Network & Connectivity : Troubleshoot and resolve Wi-Fi and internet issues; manage LAN ports and related hardware.
- Channel Security : Enforce 2FA, YubiKeys, MFA, and access control to ensure account security.
- End-User IT Support : Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, and office devices.
- Hardware & Inventory : Maintain IT equipment (LAN cables, dongles, peripherals) and manage IT asset inventory.
- Data & File Management : Administer VideoVault, manage file storage and SOP compliance.
- Onboarding & Offboarding : Set up email IDs, devices, subscriptions, and access for new hires; revoke and recover access for exiting employees.
- Slack Administration : Serve as the workspace admin, ensuring smooth communication and compliance.
- IT SOPs & Compliance : Enforce IT processes and security guidelines; nice-to-have experience with platform / account compliance.
Must-Haves
3–6 years of IT support / administration experience in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack admin, and SaaS subscription management.Hands-on troubleshooting skills (internet / Wi-Fi, LAN, hardware).Experience with MFA / YubiKey / 2FA and security enforcement.Exposure to file management systems and storage best practices.Fluent in English and Hindi — verbal and written.High levels of trustworthiness, accountability, and discretion with sensitive data.Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with compliance for digital platforms and account guidelines.Experience in media, production houses, or content-driven organizations.
