Job descriptionBuild & Extend Automations : Design, develop, and deploy resilient RPA bots capable of processing structured JSON inputs and automating web form interactions. Operate & Monitor : Implement robust monitoring systems, alerts, and automated self-healing. Maintain operational dashboards using tools like Azure Monitor and Application Insights. Administer & Maintain : Regularly update automation scripts to accommodate changes in website structures, manage secure credentials through Azure Key Vault, and maintain CI / CD pipelines via GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps. Quality & Compliance : Write comprehensive unit and functional tests, perform code reviews, ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations, and participate in threat modelling exercises. Collaborate & Document : Work closely with Product, Backend, and DevOps teams to document automation logic, common issues, and support runbooks. 3+ years professional RPA development (UiPath, Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium or similar) with demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end solutions. Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript; Proven production experience within Microsoft Azure environments (Azure Functions, Container Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, Application Insights). In-depth knowledge of web-form automation : DOM manipulation, CAPTCHA handling, session management, and dynamic form validation. Experience in implementing observability tools (structured logging, metrics, distributed tracing). Demonstrated ability to maintain and optimise automations at scale, including managing concurrent executions and deployment strategies. Excellent communication skills in English, capable of drafting clear documentation and interacting effectively with international teams. Familiarity with Python for scripting and quick data transformations. Experience working within regulated industries (finance, insurance, real estate, etc.). Exposure to container orchestration technologies such as Azure Kubernetes Service or Docker Swarm. Impact : Your automations will streamline and significantly improve operational efficiency. About Us :
PropertyLoop is a UK-based technology company that specialises in streamlining operations through automated processes. Our platform collects structured data and rapidly submits it through various online forms across multiple websites. We are looking for an experienced RPA Engineer to join our distributed engineering team, primarily based in India, to design, build, manage, and maintain robust automation processes.
The Challenge :
- Data → Web : Accurately map structured JSON payloads onto hundreds of unique web forms, each with varying layouts, validation rules, and anti-bot measures.
- Reliability : Ensure consistent, successful data submissions 24×7 with robust monitoring, retry mechanisms, and auditable logging.
- Continuous Change : New websites and forms are regularly onboarded, and existing sites frequently change their structures or security measures. Your automations must quickly adapt and scale efficiently within Azure microservices.
