Working Hours : Shift 1 :

8 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM

Shift 2 :

10 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM

(Monday to Saturday)

CTC : Up to ₹3 LPA

Job Description

We’re looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the face of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front desk operations, coordinate with patients and vendors, and support daily administrative tasks with professionalism and care.

Roles & Responsibilities

Welcome patients and maintain the reception area

Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups

Liaise with dental labs for case tracking and delivery

Manage vendor communication and material inventory

Handle administrative duties including documentation and billing

Maintain daily reports and assist in clinic operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

1.5 to 2 years of experience in front desk or similar role

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Proficient in computer operations, mobile apps, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
