JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and support AMS and enhancement projects.
• Resolve incidents and change requests within SLA timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue analysis and resolution.
• Guide team members and ensure quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with business users for requirement gathering and process improvements.
• Strong hands-on experience in respective SAP module on HANA.
• Proven AMS and implementation project exposure.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
