Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in sales, preferably in the interiors or related high-value product / services industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, nurturing client relationships, and closing high-ticket value sales while ensuring client satisfaction.

Experience :

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in interiors, modular furniture, real estate, or other high-value product / services industries.
  • Strong track record of handling high-ticket value sales and successfully closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and align solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the interior design and modular solutions sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, designers, and key decision-makers.
  • Understand clients’ requirements and offer customized modular interior solutions.
  • Handle high-ticket value sales transactions with confidence and professionalism.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and quotations.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations as required.
  • Keep updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
