To counsel professionals in a consultative manner, To develop, maintain and apply a high-level knowledge of programs and processes from entry requirements to program details, guiding them from the application to enrolment in the program, To ensure targets are met as set by the management,To counsel individuals to understand their personal and social challenges affecting their career progression and advise them on how to succeed through upskilling, To support manager in events, information sessions & member meets, To record all information and interactions in CRM software on an ongoing basis.
