The Retention Technology team is part of the broader Direct To Consumer (DTC) team, which aligns with our corporate strategy of putting our customers and our direct relationships with our customers first. The Lead Engineer will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end components to enhance the customer experience. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive integration and functionality, aligning the entire stack with business objectives and user needs. The developer will also identify opportunities for improving the performance and scalability of applications in a fast-paced, global fashion retail environment.

The Gig :

As a Lead Developer, you will :

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end components for complex multi-channel customer experience projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX / UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive integration and functionality across the stack.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Support project timelines by identifying and mitigating risks and resolving technical bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for performance optimization and efficiency across the entire application.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform architectural and design decisions, demonstrating the impact of full-stack development.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation.
